In October, the new ALM 603 CF material is going to be processed in Prosilas laboratories. Composed by NylonPA12 +CarbonFiber, it is the excellent result of a new formulation.

The Prototal Group can now offer a new material: ALM Nylon Carbon – available in Europe exclusively at Prosilas, part of the Prototal Group.

In October, the new ALM 603 CF material is going to be processed in Prosilas laboratories. Composed by NylonPA12 +CarbonFiber, it is the excellent result of a new formulation.

This composite allows Prosilas to 3D print functional parts suitable for even the most extreme applications in the #automotive, #motorsport and sports equipment fields.

Prosilas is currently the only service bureau in Europe to process this material. In our laboratories #ALM603CF is sintered through SLS 3D printers with powder bed technique. 

It is an ultra-performing material that guarantees: 

  •  Dimensional stability,
  •  Tensile strength also on the Z axis
  •  Optimal surface resolution.
