Our Story
Prototal GTP was founded in 1996 and is today one of Scandinavia’s largest service agency in the field of additive manufacturing. At their site in Ystad, the south of Sweden, they have a machine park with 13 SLS printers.
Inhouse they mainly work with the SLS technology, together with subsequent processing of the SLS parts produced. In addition, they have a full finishing department with expertise in everything from basic finish to the most advanced surface finishing technologies, including printing and graphics.
Prototal GTP has been a part of the Prototal Group since December 2017.
By focusing on extremely high levels of service and short lead times, Prototal GTP is considered a dependable, reliable supplier of prototypes and high-volume series. As proof of this, around 600 customers a year have us participate in their projects.

Prototal Industries, the largest and most specialized manufacturing company for polymer additive manufacturing and injection molding in the Nordics, expands its operations into Italy through the acquisition of Prosilas.
Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting of parts in PUR takes place in silicon dies and is used for the functional testing of prototypes or low-volume series production.
Because the parts are cast under a vacuum, they are pore-free and therefore extremely strong.
