Injection Moulding
Our Story
At our sites in Oxelösund in Sweden, we specialize in high volume injection moulding. The injection moulding process is performed using modern machines ranging from 50 to 650 tons.
Most of these machines are equipped with robots or insert pickers, allowing for precise and efficient manufacturing with shot weights of up to 3000 grams.
We specialize in producing technically demanding products as well as products with high visual requirements. We are well acquainted with the majority of thermoplastics commonly used in the industry.
We are constantly working to develop and assure the quality of our business. We are currently working to become certified under ISO / TS which is a standard for quality management systems for suppliers to the automotive industry. Today we meet ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 SE standards.

Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting of parts in PUR takes place in silicon dies and is used for the functional testing of prototypes or low-volume series production.
Because the parts are cast under a vacuum, they are pore-free and therefore extremely strong.
